Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Processing times may vary during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping options may be available at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of House of Monice’s control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

House of Monice is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply.

International Shipping

At this time, House of Monice only ships within the United States.
